passt.

the short version

what is passt?

passt is a free tracking app for hybrid athletes and everyone who trains during the week and lives at the weekend. You tell an AI buddy what you ate, how you trained and how the night went. It keeps the record, counts calories and protein, and measures everything as a seven-day average instead of a daily target.

the name

"Passt" is Austrian for "it's fine". People say it when things are great and when things are a mess. The app works the same way. A great week and a wedding weekend both fit in.

what it tracks

Food from a photo or a sentence (calories and protein), training and calories burned, steps (including automatic iPhone sync), sleep, weight, mood, drinks, and personal goals like texting a friend every day.

how it's different

No streaks, no rings, no daily red numbers. Every number is a rolling seven-day average against a weekly budget. After a big weekend, passt builds a compensation plan for the next days based on your goal: losing weight, building muscle, more energy or consistency.

where it runs

In any browser, in English and German. Add it to your home screen and it behaves like an app, with one optional evening reminder.
